We enjoyed the location and breakfast for a short stay while exploring outside during the day.
Breakfast and location are nice.
Hot water not always working is enough for my gf to not come back.

Good
Room on the top floor. Lots of noice from the air condition unite and pool above. I had no warm water for the whole stay. They said they going to fix it and they didn't. When I asked what compensation I can get during check out, they only deducted few pesos for the local taxes which was a joke.

Definitely not a 5-star!
- The location was great, right by the 5th Avenue. - The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. If it wasn’t for the fantastic people working there, our rating would be way lower.
- Facilities are old. - Shower doesn’t work properly. The pressure is low and it takes forever until the warm water comes along. - At times, the water would be completely gone (in the toilet, sink and shower). - The safe didn’t work. - There was no complementary water in the room (or anything else, for that matter. No tea, coffee, kettle, etc.) - It wasn’t properly clean - dirty sheets with blood stains.
